The Difference between COPPRON and Other Copper Fiber
(1)Processing method
So far,the carrier of most copper fiber in the market is polyester and nylon, which is added nanosized Cu powder or copper compound. This processing is more like blending. However, COPPRON fiber is made by acrylic and copper element, which makes it a macromolecule with organocopper. This processing is copolymarization with high technical content.
(2)Copper proportion in the fiber
Because of the blending process, the copper content of most copper fiber in the market is less than 1%. Having the cololymarization technique, the copper content of COPPRON can be about 4%.
(3)Hydrophilicity
The general copper fiber in the market has poor hydrophilicity, its moisture regain is similar to the carrier fiber. But in the processing of COPPRON, added the hydrophilic group, it has a good hydrophilicity, and the moisture regain could be about 10%.
(4)Anti-microbial and deodorization effect
There need to add about 40~50% other copper fiber in the fabric can make it have antimicrobial effect. While the final product only have 5% COPPRON, it can reach a high level antimicrobial effect, and pass the antimicrobial test.
