2 Identification of dissolved

Milk fiber in 2.5% NaOH solution, 100 ℃ for 30 minutes after heating, can be a unique milk protein fiber dissolved phenomenon

Color changes: in the entire dissolution process, the fiber qualities of the color gradually changed from dark red and then fade from dark red to pale yellow
