Theoretical Basis of Moisture-heat：

When people go from indoor of 18℃,45%RH to outdoor of 5℃,90%RH, the moisture regain of 1.5kg wool garment is rising from 10% to 27%，and the released heat is 6000KJ after absorbing moisture. It equals to the heat generated by human metabolism of 1.5 hours. Which makes human body have enough time to adapt the new environment.

After E-HOT fiber absorbing moisture, it will generate heat. The heat is released during the transformation from kinetic energy to thermal energy of water molecule when the fiber molecule and water molecule combine.
